The hotel was conveniently located near Shepherds Bush with plenty of restaurants in the area. The rooms were on the small side but clean and suitable for our needs. The service was responsive and friendly, although there were instances of accidental room entry. The location was ideal, being just minutes away from Westfield shopping center. The dining options were varied but may not have met expectations for all guests.
The hotel is conveniently located near Westfields and the O2, making it very convenient for shopping and entertainment. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
Despite some room issues and noise from construction, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, great price, and friendly staff. The room was small with only one window opening into a stairwell, but the positives outweighed the negatives.
