The hotel was conveniently located near Shepherds Bush with plenty of restaurants in the area. The rooms were on the small side but clean and suitable for our needs. The service was responsive and friendly, although there were instances of accidental room entry. The location was ideal, being just minutes away from Westfield shopping center. The dining options were varied but may not have met expectations for all guests.
